BRUSSEL (ANP) - De Europese Commissie is maandag akkoord gegaan met het reddingsplan voor Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS). Volgens Europees Commissaris Neelie Kroes (Concurrentie) is de staatssteun die deze bank heeft ontvangen niet in strijd met de EU-regels.
