TNT Post takes next step in its e-commerce strategy

Amsterdam - TNT Post has taken an important next step in implementing its e-commerce strategy by acquiring the e-retail specialist Kowin. With this transaction TNT Post adds expertise to its e-commerce chain in the field of online shopping and strengthens TNT Post’s capabilities as one stop service provider in the vastly growing online market. Parties have agreed not to disclose the financial details of the transaction.
